Be clear about what results you want. You’ve decided you want some coaching on an area. What outcomes do you want? If you don’t decide this up front, you won’t know when you get there. This is about deciding for yourself what successful looks like for you.
3) Use online resources to keep yourself on track. There are some excellent resources available to you online, both free and paid. An important thing to remember is to find a resource where you can enter your fitness goals and daily progress, enter your nutrition goals and count daily calories, and to share your activities and your emotions with other like-minded people. Keep a folder in your browser favorites with fitness and nutrition tips and tools, favorite weight loss blogs or forums, and All new content to motivate you to stay focused on your fitness and nutrition goals. For many people, having this information is critical in assisting them drop the pounds.
If you don’t like setting and working towards goals…I’ve got to be honest here. Coaching is probably not for you! Coaching is 100% focused on you, what you want, and how you’re going to get there. To do this you need effective goals, great plans and action.

If you have a goal then you are set and you need to make sure that the topic you have chosen is one that you know pretty good. You need to be really familiar with the different concepts of the topic or actually know from first hand experience about the topic. The more you have actually experienced the topic the better your advice is going to sound and the more believable it is going to be.
