Redundant Telemarketing Agents

A few weeks ago I received an e-mail question from someone who wanted to start an eBook business but was worried about also having a full-time job. This isn’t as unusual of a situation as you might think. Most people, when they’re just getting started, have a job. Even if someone doesn’t have a traditional job, they might have other household responsibilities like raising kids. The time constraints are the same regardless.

Make no mistake here. The life of a call center tijuana agent isn’t all about late-night take-away pizzas and lots of cash to splurge. Several human resource surveys have designated a job at the BPO as one of the most stressful ones. If you are someone who regularly outsource work to call business outsourcing centers, you know that your work is delivered right on time. There is never a delay in your projects. That may make you feel that the work done in these contact centers are not really that hard to manage. If you come to such conclusions, you would be in the maze of deep-seated fallacy.

When you see a TV ad for a product or service using the phrase, “Operators are Standing By,” do you ever wonder who is “standing” waiting for you to call that 800# to buy that widget you probably don’t need? More than likely, no one is actually waiting for you. They are busy on another call with the customer who wants to buy the product, has a complaint about a product or service, needs technical advice or information about something, or just wants someone to listen to their life story.

Coastal is a good legitimate network marketing company. While others have come and gone, this one has stood the test of time. It might not have the absolute best pay plan out there… but who really knows what the best pay plan is anyway? The company is one of the longest running network marketing firms out there, so they must be doing something right.

Many small business owners, in an attempt to cut costs, take on this service themselves. Yes, they actually do! A small business owner as such has a lot of things to do during work hours, and picture a situation where he/she has to sacrifice precious sleep to attend to customer queries! That’s equal to sprinting towards the grave; ridiculous amount of pressure indeed. The sad this is, it bears no fruit either. This makes you wonder if there are any other workable ways in which business owners manage this.

I send a confidential email to the bank via my online banking center. The next day I get a vague response advising that they apologize for the inconvenience, blah, blah, blah. It was a bit vague, but I thought the matter had been rectified. At least that’s what I thought until I got the nasty letter saying I had 10 days to bring the account current or they were going to close my account and report me all over the place.

“If you were over the age of 6 or 7, you most likely remember where you were and what you were doing when the first reports of the terrorist attacks hit the airwaves, and after the initial distress tapered off, there were many who asked this question: Where was God and what was He doing on that day?

I had a nice leisurely stroll in Mega. Bought some shorts and orange cheese. Hard to find orange cheese here, even Wal-Mart doesn’t have it. It’s pricey too.
