Blogging has been a hot topic over the last few years and positioned as a critical chiropractic practice growth tool. With that said, why is it that 95% of doctors that have a blog cannot generate income or new patients from it? Blogging for chiropractors is not really as simple as it’s been made out to be in many cases. If it was easy, doctors would be flooding their offices with consistent streams of new patients.
People are also making money online blogging. If you have been involved in blogging for a while you know how popular they are. There are companies that will pay you to post their advertisements on your blog. This is not an area that I am real familiar with, but I do know people that are making good money doing this.
First and foremost, you must do some research and start reading important blogging and SEO articles if you want to get organic traffic that is free. It doesn’t have to be boring. The first three pages of Google, Yahoo and Bing can give you great articles to learn from that are proven to work.
DO NOT place an Internet capable computer in the privacy of your child’s room. You’re asking for BIG trouble. Place the computer in a common area of your home like the living room. Your children won’t expect privacy in an area like that.
It’s not really easy to make people talk on find new games but one trick I used in the passed really MADE a lot of people talking. What I did was I offer a prize for commenting just to test what happens if I pay people to comment. As usual money talks there were over 33 comments on the post. Just search for pay per comment on my blog to find the post.
Blogging Tip #9: Don’t Forget to Market Your Blog. Don’t stop at posting. Get mileage out of your posts. Employ “sexy marketing”, ie, social bookmarking and networking. Tweet them on Twitter, post them to Facebook and MySpace, stumble them on StumbleUpon, etc.
One more quick way to make money is to join a home business opportunity and add it to your blog. Use your blog to train new members of the opportunity your business is in and also use it as a recruiting tool. This is much faster than the old days when you would use the telephone or have to meet in person.
